Each multimedia workshop gave the attendees an opportunity to reflect on Newham's past, present, and future through engaging with a wide range of archival material on the borough. This included selections of audio and video footage, as well as photographs and written material.
Attendees were then invited and instructed to use our cameras and Tascams to record their thoughts and reflections. Below is a selection of some of the material they created.
AUDIO
As well as making video recordings, the workshops attendees used Tascam audio equipment to record one another's opinions and memories on their borough. These recordings were incorporated into a radio show broadcast by East London Radio for the December edition of their show 'Our Community', which you can listen to below!
